<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>big message for this year is We hear you, we are here for you. And I've spent the last year here at Aviva talking to our brokers and listening to them and finding out what their challenges are when it comes to cyber and the big repeating theme around that is a need for education and help and support in engaging with their customers to get more of them buying cyber cover. Because we know that that is a real challenge in the UK at the moment</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>and in terms of being there to support our brokers, we're looking at how we can help them with that. Building out training programmes, building out marketing collateral both to help educate them, but also that they can use with their customers to help. Better get the message across on cyber and how they can protect themselves.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>How to assess the level of exposure that a company has to cyber risk is one of the big challenges around this in that it can be very different for all different types of companies, but with a little bit of knowledge and know how. You can get to a much more more proximate estimate to that, and that's one of the kind of ways that we're looking to help our workers in having those better conversations</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>and helping them to inform their customers around what the consequences of an event could be, whether that's looking at previous events that we've experienced and using those case studies as examples or looking at particular metrics within a business that can be an indicator of that. So we're looking at building out this whole package of support for our brokers so that they can have those better conversations with their customers.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>The most interesting ideas that I've had from brokers over the last couple of days have been around how we can evolve. The customer proposition to make it more attractive to businesses won't give the game away too much on what we've got in the pipeline. But definitely we're looking at ways on how we can build out our proposition to really meet the needs of customers and make that whole process as easy as possible for our brokers</span></p>
