<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>so there's a number of issues that our customers and brokers are facing, and it really depends on what sort of segment there is the size that they are and whether or not they have exposures. I think there are some challenges for available capacity, but I think one of the key things and we see quite a lot is that service levels are a fault line, so the brokers need us to service them really well. The clients require really great service, particularly on international</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>programmes, and and they need available capacity on different types of things. So we as a market and as an insurance so need to be creative and really challenge ourselves around what we're providing and what we're doing for our customers. We're seeing quite a lot of, um, challenges around transition risk as we head to our Net zero future, and that's something that we take incredibly seriously in being on the pathway with our customers to help them on that journey as well.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>So they so are the risks changing and evolving? Yes and no. So some of it is really more of the same, is more of the same, but different. Some of it is quite considerably different and brings with it different challenges and different risks that they have to think about. And, you know, and it's really important to get engaged with your broker and your risk engineer to make sure you fully understand your new risks that you're facing</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>and and that you take your insurer, you know, whether it's us or any other insurer on that journey with you. So we understand what those changes are, and you've got a programme that's still appropriate for whatever your business of the future is gonna look like.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>So there's a number of different ways that we support our customers, and our really key critical thing is we want our customers to feel like they are well protected so they can be optimistic about their future and really look forward so they can grow themselves. So when we look at that, we think about the products and services that we provide so on the products, obviously we have a number of insurance products that we that are off the shelf, so we call that</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>we co develop with brokers or we write broker wordings. If I think about what it is That's key. You know, it's that service piece is key. International programmes are really important to us. It's part of the core of our business and servicing that properly and correctly is really important. And in addition to our insurance solutions and buying insurance products from us, we have Zurich resilient solutions who provide services to help customers plan and protect themselves outside of the insurance policy.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>And we also are really keen to take our clients on a digital journey and help them digitalize and connect with us in a more seamless manner. And I think really looking forward at that and how we can, whether it's API S, whether it's connecting through different broker portals, we really see that as being an important step forward and you know, some great big changes coming through for the industry to make us better and faster to deal with.</span></p>
