We've also expanded to a couple of other locations, so we have a team now out in Poland and we also have a team in Malaysia. But the vast majority of our staff are based at our headquarters in Caley.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>We've developed it over a number of years now, and it's there as both a policy administration and a claims administration system enabling insurers to have a more cost effective operation But to automate that operation. So trying to take some of the</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>heads out the call centre trying to make the solutions far more digital, putting them in the hands of customers so they can self serve on a much easier basis than perhaps they've been able to in the past and therefore ultimately lowering the cost for insurers.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>The issues we are solving that the insurance market is undertaking is principally one of cost. You know, there's a lot of legacy systems out there, a lot of system providers that charge</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>large sums of money, so I think we going back to that value for money point. We also provide a lot of flexibility and agility So we're putting the power in the hands of our customers so that they are able to build their own solutions. They can configure workflows and solutions to how they want their business process to be, and ultimately they can deliver solutions out to customers.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>Recent examples We've got</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>a number of different sort of extremes from sort of longer running projects. One I'm really proud of is peppercorn A. I, a business that was just about to launch in the UK market. Great idea. Lots of digital capability and a I involved struggled with their existing supplier. They gave us a call, and from that first phone call to getting live on PC W was seven weeks. That's one I'm personally very proud of.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>The reason to come and speak to ice again goes back to that sort of flexibility, putting insurers in control of their product design and if you like their destiny in terms of their operational model, but also the value for money that we offer. I think we implement our solutions much quicker than competitors typically,</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>but we are that enterprise scalable solution. We're not an insure tech that's going to give you some rapid product design capability but then not be able to scale and not be able to collect premiums. We provide that sort of enterprise solution, but at a price point that I think makes us very competitive. And that's why we're seeing people like</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>the John Lewis Sky Protectors just launched and the Ice Platform. And we're seeing those sorts of organisations as well as some of the more established er of this world, all running on the ice platform today.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>I think part of offering that sort of flexibility is giving those insurers more choice and more capability. Another great example is a business that we supply called Tia. So Tia have recently launched usage based insurance now becoming very popular so effectively pay as you drive, and it is allowing people to sort of budget more effectively and to manage their costs.
