<span>I think the last two years of Arch have been a period of real transformation. And that's not to be surprised, really, when you think that we we were acquired by Arch as an M G A. So we've had to transform the whole business from a managing general agent into the UK s newest insurer. So that means all our systems and processes and our people the way that we embed a culture. There hasn't been anything off, you know, off radar, so to speak, for transformation.</span></p>
<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>:
<span>But what we've done is we've applied a methodology to all our transformation that's based around lean principles. So we have a speed to market operation and that effectively is our vehicle for delivering new and enhanced products to the market. But also any transformational change or initiatives and the way that we do that is through collaboration. So we build a team around each product or around each initiative that takes into account all areas,</span></p>
<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>:
<span>our business. So we talk to our brokers, we build the right team and we deliver a solution for their needs and requirements. So that's been quite different to a way that, you know, insurers have traditionally operated really with that feedback loop with the brokers. But it's not just about a process that we apply with our people. We've really started to work with them around, doing things differently around, making sure they can be their best and most authentic self at work. Today we have something we call</span></p>
<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>:
<span>to task so effectively. If somebody is very, very good at something and has career aspirations, what we'll do is we'll match that with the business need or broker requirements, and we'll build a role around it. So we'll make sure everybody has the opportunity to have their next and best career move within arch. So we wrap lots of transformation around lots of initiatives. But it's all delivering value for both our people and our brokers and their clients.</span></p>
<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>:
<span>Technology in the insurance industry is just increasing, and it's always going to be, so the rate of change is greater than it's ever been. However, what we do is we use that technology to enhance our underwriting capability. It's not instead of it's as well as and what that means is we use various systems to present our underwriters with the most rounded view of every risk to make sure that they spend their time</span></p>
<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>:
<span>applying their technical expertise to making that the best proposition and offering for our brokers so that can be through external third party links. That means our data is as enriched as possible so that our underwriting decisions are as informed as possible. So very much data and technology is used to support the way that we deliver our solutions. But it isn't the primary factor. The primary factor will always be our people and how they apply that technology.</span></p>
<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>:
<span>So what we do, though we have, we aim to put as much through a digital pipeline as possible to have no touch and have an instant throughput. But we accept that not every small risk is simple. And actually, what we do is we wrap a team of very, very highly qualified and experienced underwriters around our e trade proposition. So if a case doesn't fit through the pipe, it's caught by an experienced underwriter who can then look at that risk in detail and go back to that broker with an offering</span></p>
<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>:
<span>that the system couldn't automatically produce. But our e trade solution sits very, very complementary to our offline branch network because what we want to do is to make sure that the brokers who trade with us have the same experience in our e trade proposition as they would with trading to our branch networks. So again, those two are very, very much complimentary, and it's down to the brokers to decide how they want to access the products with us here at</span></p>
