<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>here at Arch. We are very, very focused on our people. Our people are our brand and they're effectively the value that we deliver to our customers and what we recognise. We've been blessed with hiring some very, very talented people in arch over the last two years, very experienced market underwriters and leaders in the industry. But what we do realise is we are growing at such a fast pace that we're going to need more people and actually we're investing in that now. So this year we will launch our academy. It's the first year that we've done it and we will see</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>young people joining us generally straight from school. They will all start on the same day. They will work across the country virtually in most of our branch network offices, but we're going to keep them together as a cohort for at least two years. They will take benefit of the apprenticeship scheme and start to study their C I qualifications. We will train them to become a technical underwriter, and we will also help them develop those commercial and corporate skills that you don't generally leave education with.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>Aside from that arch, we have a set of values that we</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>we get our people to actually apply and adhere to. And that's because the way we do things is just as important as the results that we achieve. So alongside of all of that development, we we we really support our people to understand the values that arch bring, and that's including things like our CS R responsibilities and our charity committees. So it it's the life that you have as an arch person internally and the value that you can do as the brokers, but also the value that you take outside of the organisation and industry and into the communities and the charities that we partner with</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>the broker relationships with Arch since we've become a UK insurer, have just they they they basically increased year on year and that's because we asked for feedback continuously from our broker partners. What's going well, what's not, what can we improve? So we're always constantly looking to continuously improve our value proposition for our broke</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>and for their end clients. I think the recent survey results that we've had and the awards that we've won a testimony to we're getting most things right, but We don't want to be complacent, so we will continue to reach out and say, What else can we do? Better? Faster? How can we move at a pace that meets your requirements for today but also faces into your future requirements?</span></p>
