<p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>Our strategy at a Excel is definitely to continue growing with our existing base and existing partners across across all classes of business and across customer segments. But the core new area of focus for us is the middle market space, which is really an area that we think as a group could offer far more capabilities to the market around</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>that space. So if you look at our capabilities in the risk managed a cell capabilities in the risk managed and in the risk managed area supporting clients around their prevention and risk management needs, bringing down those capabilities to the mid market customer is something that we are really excited about, but also working very closely with our colleagues at a UK who are very expert in working with and mid market customers. So making sure that we bridge the gap,</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>we are able as a group to cover all customers across all customer segments. We are really excited about the opportunity and the ability to be able to support customers throughout the customer life cycle, starting as an s moving to a mid market customer and then into the large corporate and specialty space. The other area that is really relevant for us is the ability to position</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>the specialty products in the regional offices and we are investing a lot into our regional capability and capacity. So we've hired a big number of underwriters and distribution colleagues to be able to expand our position and presence and proposition. We have also recently made a hire Hannah Hosking, who will join us in September to lead the middle market initiative in the UK and Lloyds, and we're really excited about the opportunity that we bring to the market.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>The middle market customers are customers that sits from a turnover perspective between 255 100 million to two billion. So I know it's a wide space and that's why we are working closely with a UK to make sure that we are able to cover those customers efficiently.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>The way a company like AA could bring efficiently services that exist elsewhere in the organisation into a middle market segment is one of the I think key offerings that we could or key value proposition values that we offer to that customer segment. You know, if you look at</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>what a customer and a broker would be looking at in a large carrier. It's a couple of things. One is around. Expertise, trust, capacity capability. Second is primarily about the ability to share and share some of the practises that exist and could support customers and brokers in their journey.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>And the third element is really around the capabilities to deliver on risk prevention, services and risk management services. What a company like AA could do is really bring all of these together. So last year, the AXA Group have launched the digital commercial platform, which is a platform designed to help our customers have access to smart services that will help them in their risk management and risk prevention.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>So, in summary, the value we bring to our mid market customer is really around. The ability to support them in their risk prevention and risk management practises the ability to help our brokers trade efficiently with us and making sure that the knowledge and the thought leadership we have across various industries is shared with those customers that need it most.</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>So what I'm looking to get out of Biba is a couple of things. One I'm really excited to be here and to be in the buzz and meet with a lot of brokers and existing partners and new partners. I really I'm really excited to see how the market is evolving, especially that we now covid is really far behind us again. It tells us how</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>important in person trading is, but if I want to leave people with one message to the market and I hope you know, our broker partners will see that in the next few days is the level of investment we are putting in being able to support the the the middle market customers. We are really excited about</span></p> <p><strong>Speaker 0</strong>: <span>that space working closely with Our Aqsa UK colleague and AA as a group are very committed to that customer segment, but also very committed to our customers overall, including risk management. And so I'm really excited about the opportunities in the next few days to be able to share this information with our broke partners.</span></p>
